3.1 Drawing a Graph
If you plot a few points in a coordinate system and connect them, you get a graph.  A graph usually is drawn to show a relation between values on the x-axis and values on the y-axis.  We look at an example with the points (-2, 0), (0, 2), (2, 4) and (4, 6).
The points can also be put into a value table:
